January 30, 2018 - That time of the year again

It’s a long time since I updated my post. Not much happened though. We still have a lot of snow and I enjoy the snow very much, although it was very cold for a couple of days. My humans told me it was below -40°C sometimes. To me this number does not mean anything but it was cold, my paws were very cold.

What I really want to talk about today is, these two girls, Silver and Sally I living with in the house are in heat again. Remember last summer they were waiting for me outside the camper. Now we stay in the same house. I am in the basement with my humans and Tim and the girls are upstairs. No as they are in heat I have to stay in the basement all day long and I am not allowed to go outside with them. Tim does not want to have any puppies he says.

The girls try to come to me and keep looking for me. When I come upstairs the come to me and want me to sniff. This is a hard time. My mind is completely empty and all I can think of is the girls. I can’t eat, as I am not hungry.
Hope this is over soon as I am tired to be stuck to the basement.

After living in Italy for about a month now I can say I love it. Mogli. loves joggers - September 15, 2021

 My mistress is busy painting walls, doors, ceilings and furniture. Because my humans do "Living for work" they help around the house wherever help is needed. In return they can live in a room, apartment or camper for free and sometimes even food is included. So, my mistress goes painting a few hours every day whereas my master does other things, like repairs.  I can't smell much chemicals when my mistress comes back after doing paint jobs. She uses chalk colors. In the pictures you can see some things she painted. before - after After my humans finish their work around here, they work on their software or walk us dogs. Sometimes we walk up the hill to the big cross or to the little oratory. Other times we drive to the woods or to the field on top on one of the hills. Mogli and I can run free there. Mediterranean Sea and running free in Broccostella – October 17, 2021

We left early the next morning. The humans had breakfast at the B&B while Mogli and I waited patiently in our room. Next stop was Broccostella where we would stay for a couple of days.   Again my humans chose to drive along the coastline as long as possible and luckily they did because shortly after we left Piombino my master saw a sign with “dog beach” written on it. Finally, Mogli and I could feel sand under our paws, feel the sun on our fur and run on the beach. Mogli wasn’t sure if he liked it, he was very skeptical about this weird feeling on the paws and the salty, moving water. After a while he loved it but he did not go into the water. I tried to walk into the sea but it was cold – too cold for me anyways.
